wao! today's ne show....
was both a success and a failure!
and there were alot of first times!
the success was we managed to pack fast...
although there were lots of cork ups..
but i really appreciate the efforts of my team members..
they were GREAT!! i am really proud of them!
please continue to do so for the next 3 shows okay!?
it was a failure because unexpected issues occured
and i felt that i didnt handle them the best they could be..
i hope i can improve on this area so that i can be a better leader..
and seeing my members being scolded i am really sad..
they told me they even wanted to cry..
it really reminded me of my first ndp expereince..
that's why i shared with them as well..
hopefully they will feel better after that.. :D
and i was scolded again TODAY! sucks!
but who cares!
i really love today!
so many first times! hahaha!
1: he smiled at me!
2: sat beside him!
happy dao si! HAHAHAH!
but i felt bad for him la..
seb sabo-ed him to do debriefing..
i felt damn bad for not able to save him..
he looked at me with a bit of save him looks with a bit of angry face..
haiz...... i am really sorry la..
i also dont like to do debriefs..
so ask you to take over awhile..
promise this will be the last time okay! :P
in the end didnt managed to eat supper with him!
haiz is okay..
the most important thing was!
he asked my in charge if 'my soics are attached'
but he asked others as well la..
so dont know if he asked for sake of asking or really curious!
i really hope is the latter!
anyway, i only got 6 more times to see him!
like how how how?
i realized i can walk on ground without talking to him!
help! i feels so wierd! whenever i see him!
