hahahaha..
had a super fun day playing around 4 hours of mahjong...
supposedly to be around 2 hours on normal time..
but today me, my sis and mum keep winning..
so it took a longer time to pass on to another person..
thus we took a super long time to finish a whole north south east west!! LOL
after that was cake making session~~!!
it's the first time i make cake in my new hse..
quite interesting because it had been long since i last baked!
i made 3 batches all together!!
1st batch, shape nice, colour not nice, taste okay..
2nd batch, shape not nice, colour nice, taste super good!!
it melts in the mouth!! hahaha...
3rd batch i tried to bake a big one...
but.... i think because i was using a conventional oven
so it cannot bake big cakes.....
the crust was already cao ta...
but the inside was not cooked.!!
so i had to take it out and cook again..
the last one.......... appearence NOT GOOD!! hahah..
but taste... still not bad!! :D
anyway it was just a testing round because
i want to try the new mini cake mould!!
tomorrow i will bring some for my E65N friends!!
there's only like 5...
dont know if it will be enough!! HAHA
