yesterday was our baking session.. wahahahha.. seeearn, jw and shirin came over after we bought the ingredients at ntuc.. lol.. we were all very excited.. cuz since the last practical at sch.. which was like ages ago.. we nvr really get a chance to bake le.. cuz no oven.. but since i bought a oven.. so we experimented it at my hse.. testing see if it really works.. we were all happily making the dough.. mix the flour with butter then add suger then add egg.. hahahha.. then mix mix mix.. then we realised that we didnt put the vanilla essence into the egg.. hahaha. then we added it in.. then we add chocolate chip and mix and mix.. then went to preheat the oven. then we make into small doughs and put it on the baking tray.. then off the oven it goes... and we wait and wait and wait.. from white to black.. hahahha.. then 'ding' the timer's off then we take it out.. it's kinda 'BLACK' hahahaha.. then we tasted it.. it's okay lah.. just that it is abit hard.. don know why sia.. then the second round.. we bake it at a lower temperature.. and wait and wait.. then it came out.. not as dark.. but the base is very golden brown.. hahahah.. and we tasted it.. it's still hard.. and we really don understand why.. really want to faint.. then we gave up.. and cleared the mess..
and then we played mahjong.. we taught jw how to play.. hahaha cuz she don play de.. lol.. teaching ppl mahjong.. is really a hussle.. cuz they will surely get confused.. hahaha.. and the funniest thing is that we played in a reverse manner.. hahahha.. until the last round we then switch back.. i had been playing for so long.. also luan.. hahaha.. sorry ah.. lol.. hahahha.. but then ah.. got something i also want to laugh.. sorry ah.. jw if u see this don get mad at me.. hahaha.. she wanted to 'hu' but then hor.. she got one 7 bamboo and 8 tong zi.. and say want to win.. ireally laugh dao............ this is the first time i saw ppl wanting to win with 2 diff family.. hahahaha.. ok.. heard that later they coming play again.. hahaha.. good good.. lol..
when i succeed~!! i will bake for my hubby whole heartedly.. wahahahha.. faintzzzzzzzzzzzzzz lol~!! bleah~!! hahahaha...
