hahaha.. been 'working' at teletech for 5 days already... but i should say is training bah.. lol.. quite relaxed.. like attending school.. the notes.. are VERY THICK.......~!! gosh... but quite okay.. other people say try to enjoy the training period as much as we can.. hahaha.. my job is related to microsoft software licensing and program stuffs.. my main role is to reply emails.. but i dont know why today they said there would be a mock call session.. to select 1 out of 4 to be one of the CSR (customer service relation).. picking up calls and replying emails..

hahahhaa.. it's kinda fun.. but the person said i didnt answer to his questions.. in chinese is 答非所问... hahaha.. i was anxious what.. first time wor.. somemore the call was being recorded to let other people to listen and grade and correct it.. sianz diao.. cant imagine what will happen on monday.. i SURE embarrassed like siao... hahahah..

think i have to go and STUDY my notes le.. so thick.. sian diao.. bye guys.~~!
